NEW YORK QUALIFYING CONDITIONS FOR MMJ

Medical Marijuana patients who are evaluated by a state-licensed doctor to use medical marijuana in New York are required to register with the New York State Department of Health and must obtain a New York medical marijuana card, which will be an identification for the patient registry in NY.

Qualifying Conditions
